I have always followed a design philosophy that is called Liquid Geometry, whereby I take hard edged forms, break them up, and reconstruct them into fluid body hugging jewelry. This necklace is a major example of this for I have taken silver tubing, sliced it at sharp angles, capped the ends threaded it into a flexible tube necklace. The sections are separated by thin black coco shell wafers. Created in the late 1970’s this series is iconic and part of my architectural body of work.
