One of the most unusual pieces in my archives of the Artwear artists, is this stainless steel mesh skull cap to which a 9″ long fringe is added with forged steel feathers. Tone Vigeland is a name well known, well loved and respected across the globe, for the ground breaking jewelry she has created in Oslo, her home town in Norway.
