Cara Croninger Swirling Colors Resin Wide Bangle

Cara was a master of resin work, also an innovator in the use of the material for beauty and fashion. As dangerous as it is to work with polyester resin, ( the sickly sweet smell of curing resin) as it is deadly to breathe. Still she became deeply involved with her process, and the uniqueness of her different “pouring”, as each one held the raw but exotically colored chunks of cured resin, hard and easy to, polish on a wheel. Jewels and gemstone colors were here forte’. She was from the Midwest, and she harbored a love and longing for the Native American Cowboy history that was strong in her state.
