One of the trends that was huge in the 1980’s was large button earrings, Bigger the better. Bold, sculptural and strong, to go with the wide shoulders of the time. Clips of course. The big and full look was a trademark of mine, and of Donna’s but the weight was light. I provided the bulk and bo9ld scale by making these hollow formed shapes that complemented the heaviness sensuality of the cashmere clothing.
