Robert Lee Morris Brass and Nickel Sculpture #103, Miniature Tree Stack

Robert Lee Morris Brass and Nickel Sculpture #103, Miniature Tree Stack is a very small work of art that is perfect for the home as an accent of color and metal on ones bookcase, or living room decor. The base is a vermillion wooden cube, and the forged discs of the sculpture are two tone,  both brass and nickel silver. Stacks is the name Morris gives to the constructions that are similar to the Eucalyptus plant, where the round leaves run along a vertical stem. Designed to be shown as a single sculpture for a desk or small table, this is part of a series of small Stack sculptures meant to be grouped together as seen in the gallery photo. The vermilion accent color is a new feature of the work that Morris is currently making.
