Robert Lee Morris Elk Rune Tablet Pendant

In the ancient Rune vocabulary, of mystic symbols and meanings, this one represents the ELK, which is a sign of protection from evil. The two upward arms represent the rack of antlers on a large Elk, a symbol of defense and protection. The tablet form with the carved sign on one side and the meanings carved on the backside, make this an unusual pendant for me. Gold plated brass, comes with 20″ black cord. It is interesting to note that the modern Peace sign is the upside down version of the Elk rune, within a circle.
