Robert Lee Morris for Donna Karan Double Jadeite Necklace

This rare Robert Lee Morris for Donna Karan Double Jadeite Necklace was made for the 1988 Fall collection. Besides the sculptural gold pated jewelry and belt buckles that accentuated the clothing, three gemstone colors defined the collection; black onyx, carnelian and jadeite a green stone. This one is composed of two rows made of oval-shaped cabochons in green jadeite, sitting in thin gold bezels. The smaller stone is round and nests inside the row of larger oval stones. At 14.5 inches long, it is a runway sample and could be lengthened upon request.
