The matte gold plate version (pictured) has been sold, but there is a shiny brass version still available.  In 1991, RLM created a dazzling family of sleek, modern gold-plated brass jewelry, belts, and hardware for Donna Karan’s fall show. This collar is one of only a few, completely handmade, and one of the most dramatic and iconic pieces ever birthed by the Donna Karan Robert Lee Morris collaboration. Was to slip on the neck, and ergonomically designed to sit flat on the neck and chest, there are only a few of these collectible necklaces left in the world to buy. This ultimately futuristic and architecturally clean design is museum quality and defines the mentality and trend of Bold Gold jewelry in the late 80’s and early 90’s.
