Robert Lee Morris for Donna Karan Pink Quartz Drop Earrings

These lovely Robert Lee Morris for Donna Karan Pink Quartz Drop Earrings were made for a DK spring show 1988. The large genuine Pink Quartz cabochons are a lovely color, and the doorknocker style is classic. The gold plated brass settings are thin but still iconic Morris’s style, even though he rarely ever used set stones in his designs. 1.4oz, or .7 oz per earring is a tad hefty but the clips are strong and they stayed on the models ears perfectly as they walked the runways over and over.
