These Robert Lee Morris Hematite Plated Half Dart Clip Earrings are from the early 1980s when fashion trends were towards the architectural, less is more mentality. The Dart family was born shortly after the triumphant Calvin Klein fall 1981 collection for which Morris won the Coty Award. The Dart design was taken from the feathers configuration on a throwing dart. These earrings are clips and are electroplated in a shiny hematite finish.
