Robert Lee Morris Long Bones Linky-Lanky Necklace

A solid one pound of brass electroplated with 22k gold is a lot to wear and pull off I know! But this is a drop dead statement necklace fit for a queen. Iconic sculptural wax carving by RLM, using heat to melt the surfaces into softness, this was a necklace made of a new vocabulary,ary of parts, interlinking and interlocking, components drenched in glowing matte gold. The gold plated brass has weight to it, and yet if it were really solid 24k gold it would be too heavy to wear. haha
