The medium sized Robert Lee Morris Sterling Silver Crescent Moon Pendant is on a 32″ black suede cord. It was carved to be very sculptural, and slightly twisted, with a great variation of thickness from the center of the moon to the sharp endings. Signed by Morris. The moon was one of the many archetypal symbols Morris played around with for years, playing with the mythologies of old. Morris loved to created images of universal symbols of consciousness so that people anywhere could have similar emotions reactions to his pendant family. Circa 1984.
