Robert Lee Morris Gold Plated Bumps Cuff

This gold plated brass cuff was made in 1980 for the Calvin Klein fall 1981 runway show. It was made by pressing a sheet of warmed wax onto a Japanese teapot that had bumps all over the surface. This texture is quite glorious and is called a wax impression.
